Informal meeting on June 15th and June 22nd at 7.30pm in the village hall

PLANNING APPLICATION FOR SCOTT’S LANE At the incredibly well attended MMPC meeting on 7 June, I told everyone I would arrange an informal discussion meeting as soon as possible. I have now booked the Village Hall from 7.30pm on Thursday 15 June. This will not be a formal MMPC meeting, no minutes, etc. just an opportunity for us as a community to discuss the best way forward. I shall also try to get a roving mike and speakers so that everyone can hear everyone who speaks. I have also booked the Village Hall from 7.30pm on Thursday 22 June to hold a similar meeting about the Walnut Drive application, or to continue to discuss Scott’s Lane, whichever is required! The overall aim is to hear everyone’s views to refine the MMPC objections and also help anyone who asks with their personal objections. I shall try to let people in Page Hill and Moreton Road know about these events. The more objections we can muster, the better. Pat Hardcastle Vice Chair MMPC
